Zimbabwe Travel Guide is an independent publisher. We are not a tour operator, a travel agent or a booking provider, and we do not take bookings or handle payments. What we do is research and write the guides on this site, and keep them accurate.
Corrections and factual errors
This is the correspondence we most want to receive. If something on the site is wrong — a property that has closed, a price or fee that has changed, a park gate time that is out of date, a road that is no longer passable, a fact we have simply got wrong — please tell us. It helps if you can say which page, what is incorrect, and where the better information comes from. Corrections are treated as a priority; how we handle them is set out in our editorial policy.

Questions about our coverage, our sources or how we decide what to publish are welcome. Our methods are described in the editorial policy.
Accommodation and tour operators
If you run a property or an experience we have listed and something is out of date, tell us and we will fix it. We publish accommodation only after checking a property’s identity, location and booking route, and tours come from our booking partner’s catalogue rather than from direct submissions, so we cannot add a listing on request. We do not accept payment for a listing, for a better position, or for a review.
Commercial enquiries
We do not sell editorial coverage, sponsored posts, guest posts or link placements, and enquiries of that kind will not be answered. Genuine enquiries about affiliate partnerships are welcome. Our commercial position is set out in the affiliate disclosure.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot make, change or cancel a booking. We are not a booking agent, and bookings made through links on this site are held by the provider you booked with, not by us.
- We cannot confirm today’s prices, opening hours or availability on behalf of a property, park or operator. Contact them directly — and please tell us if our page is out of date.
- We cannot plan individual itineraries or advise on personal travel arrangements.
- We cannot help with visas, immigration or consular matters. Contact the relevant embassy or the Zimbabwean authorities.
- We cannot help in an emergency. Contact the local emergency services or your embassy.

If you are reporting a correction, the fastest thing you can do is include the address of the page and quote the sentence that is wrong. If you are writing about a property or a tour, include its name as it appears on the site.
We read everything that arrives. Corrections are answered quickly; other correspondence is answered as time allows.
